As highly specialized as the glass industry is, it’s imperative to have access to brushes with nearly innumerable capabilities. Each application requires uniquely-designed brushes to accomplish their specified task.
Here are just some of the types of glass we’ve engineered brushes for:
Brushes are critical in getting the glass clean (as clean as five microns) to either fabricate, laminate or coat. That’s where we come in.
Our service offerings allow for a completely new brush design or duplicating what you have. Either way, it’s tailored to your specific brush needs, whether that means highly-technical specifications, improved quality, or an increase in your production output. We have the expertise to help you maximize the performance of your brush.
Like the performance of what you’ve been using? There’s no reason to create something new when the tried and true has worked well for your business. We take in the old worn out brush, inspect the journals and repair the cores right inside our in-house machine shop. Then we replace the worn bristles, promptly creating a “like-new brush” on a “like-new core.” If you’ve had balance problems, we can fully bring your used cores to “like new” with our in-house dynamic balancing.
Whether newly designed or identically refurbished, the finished product will adhere to the highest industry specifications, allowing you to adhere to those same requirements throughout your processes. We promptly deliver you quality, so you can deliver your customers quality.
