NEW! We are now manufacturing steel and stainless steel wire brushes! These are excellent for use in hight heat environments where a more aggressive scrubbing action is necessary. Brushes for the Bakery Industries

American Brush offers a full line of stocked tufted rollers intended for cleaning bakery conveyor belts and cleaning pans. Many of these brushes have fibers that are specifically resistant to heat and and will not melt or breadown with contact of he hot surfaces often found in bakeries. We also specialize in brushes that guard against rodents and birds, please call for additional information.

Bakery Conveyor Belt Brush. Standard sizes manufactured for the baking industry and used to clean debris from conveyor belts. These are excellent brushes that are easy to mount, have a long lasting life, don't "gum" up, and are resistant to heat. Brushes are packed and sold by the each. This filament meets the FDA requirements for food contact. Industry standard sizes are typically 3.5"-4.5" in diameter and range from lengths 8'-26". Call for availability of these stocked sizes. Muffin Bagger Brush. Poly Block that is 48" long X 2.625" overall height with 1.875" trim. Filled with .012 white straight nylon. Brush is mounted to machinery to help bag muffins.

Pan Cleaning Brush. Our pan cleaning brushes are a spiral wrapped brush available with white nylon, or for applications with heat we can provide our blue heat stabilized nylon FDA recommended for food contact. Choose from galvanized or stainless steel. These brushes are non-stocked and are custom made per your specifications. Please see our Metal Grip Roller webpage for additional information.

Rodent Guard Strip Brush. Strip brush made with nylon filament and a dual layer of rubber strip made to mount on a door as a barrier for birds and rodents.
