Net 30 days on approved credit. We also take check and all major credit cards.
DELIVERY TERMS:
All
shipments are F.O.B. our shipping point.
MINIMUM SERVICE CHARGE:
All orders must meet the minimum of $50 to defray billing costs.

ACCEPTANCE
OF ORDERS:
All accepted orders are subject to our ability to produce the necessary raw materials. American Brush Company shall
reserve the right to substitute products of equal quality and value when conditions exist. Prices are subject to the addition
of sales taxes or additional cost due to state or federal legislation. All prices and specifications are subject to change without
notice. All orders contingent upon strikes, fires, accidents or causes beyond our control.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE:
No merchandise
will be accepted for return without prior approval. Should you have an item that does not meet your expectations, please call
us before returning. Items incorrectly shipped may be returned for full credit. Reasonable transportation charges will
be allowed for incorrectly shipped merchandise being returned. Returns must be identified by invoice or packing slip number
and purchase date. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the invoice date. Special merchandise will not be authorized
for return. Cash sales must be accompanied by original packing slip or invoice to receive refund or credit.
PACKAGING INFORMATION:
Custom
orders are subject to the industry standard 10% overun/underun when shipping out products. Please specify at the time of your
order if you do not wish to receive overuns or underuns.
